PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: October 19, 2026
ABOUT THIS POLICY
Kubo Play explains here how information is handled through www.kuboplay.com and related electronic inquiries. Separate reservation, payment, waiver, or third-party services may provide additional notices. This policy does not replace those notices.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
When you contact us through our website, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, subject, and message. We use this information to answer questions, discuss availability and party services, and maintain our correspondence. Please avoid including sensitive information or information about children in general website inquiries.
WEBSITE AND DEVICE INFORMATION
Our website uses Wix and includes Google Analytics and a Meta/Facebook Pixel. Depending on your choices and the tools enabled, cookies and similar technologies may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, referral information, and website interactions. These technologies support website operation, analytics, advertising measurement, and advertising services. Such information may constitute personal information under applicable law.
PLANNED OPENAI ADVERTISING MEASUREMENT
We are preparing an OpenAI advertising measurement integration. As of the date above, the OpenAI Pixel base code has been added to our website’s Wix configuration. Live measurement and consent-dependent behavior have not yet been verified. If activated, it may send website interaction and conversion information to OpenAI to measure responses to our advertisements. Its automatic advanced matching feature may also detect supported contact information entered into website forms and normalize and hash that information in the browser for matching purposes. Hashing does not make information anonymous. Any activation must be consistent with applicable disclosure, consent, and provider requirements. This notice does not authorize sending children's information, health information, or other prohibited sensitive data to advertising platforms.
COOKIES AND YOUR CHOICES
Our website displays a Usercentrics for Wix consent banner with options to accept, deny, or save cookie preferences. Review the available categories and use the banner's privacy settings control to revisit your choices. You may also manage cookies through your browser; browser controls may not govern every tracking technology. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing the publicly available website. Cookie choices are separate from permission to receive marketing emails or text messages.
We are reviewing the operation of our tracking integrations and consent controls. Displaying a consent banner alone does not establish that every third-party script is blocked or that every privacy requirement has been met.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to operate and improve our website, respond to requests, communicate about our services, understand website use, measure advertising, and protect our business and visitors. Optional advertising and marketing activities are subject to applicable choices and consent requirements. A request for party information does not by itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing communications.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND OTHER DISCLOSURES
Information may be processed by providers supporting our website, communications, analytics, advertising, and consent management, including Wix, Google, Meta, and Usercentrics. OpenAI may receive measurement information if its integration is activated. These providers' own notices explain their processing. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
CHILDREN
This website is intended for adults seeking information about Kubo Play, not for use by children under 13. Children should not submit information through the website. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review the situation and take appropriate action. Do not submit children's identifying information or medical details through general contact forms.
SECURITY AND RETENTION
No website or electronic transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Retention depends on the purpose of processing, the systems involved, and applicable obligations; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period for every record.
QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS
For questions about this policy, or to request access, correction, or deletion of information as applicable, call Kubo Play at 305-718-0595. We may need information to verify and respond to a request. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
UPDATES
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Posting this policy or continuing to browse the website does not replace any consent that must be obtained separately.
